ABOUT ME

Having more then 20 years experience and holding both a Journeyman certificate and a red seal certification for an Electrician, I also hold both residential and commercial property inspection qualifications. 
I have worked in new build construction, planned maintenance and not so planned maintenance, in residential, commercial, marine and industrial settings. 
I started my journey as a property inspector after working in properties to repair defects highlighted within inspection reports, I noticed that the quality of both the written reports and visual parts varied greatly between inspectors and to my surprise it is not a requirement to have any trade experience! which does not mean that someone without trade experience is incompetent in any way but having time in the trades and holding a trade certificate does help.
